Construction of a Mini-Industrial Park


The Malawi University of Science and Technology received an equipment grant from the Chinese Government and the African development Bank (ADB); part of the equipment from ADB had been delivered while the University awaits delivery of the equipment from China in the course of the year. The University intends to apply some of the equipment towards the processing of: water, dairy, leather and ceramic products for training and income generating activities. It is imperative for the University to have necessary infrastructure ready to accommodate the equipment. The Mini-Industrial Park project is designed for this purpose on top of being a Teaching and Learning, research and Development and Income generating facility for the University
